Firearm accuracy checked without firing a shot. Suited to all rifle actions and makes Laser Bullet is a new shooting device that allows a sharpshooter to sight in their rifle accurately while minimising the number of rounds used, giving renewed confidence in the accuracy of the rifle. Expert shooters generally use a sighting device such as a scope, an open sight, or a laser sight to aim their rifle. However, before using the sighting device it first needs aligning or 'zeroing' in. To do this the shooter fires at a target with live ammunition, adjusts the scope, fires at the target, adjusts the scope, and repeats this process until the sighting device is accurately aligned - a costly and time-consuming process. Laser Bullet is a bore laser-sighting device that looks like a real bullet - except that it emits a laser beam when loaded. 222 and 223 are the two main calibres used to house the Laser units. For larger popular calibres, there are "slip in" conversion jackets that allow the shooter to use the 222 or the 223 Laser Bullet in larger rifles, allowing the use of only one Laser Bullet. The rifle is sighted by inserting a Laser Bullet in the same manner as a normal bullet, rather than by using live ammunition,. Manufactured in Australia and designed to fit all makes, calibres, sighting systems and actions of rifles, Laser Bullet uses superior quality (Class 3a) lasers and runs on standard watch type batteries.
